2 Phases for Authentication
Our verified inventory only comes from the best. This includes the most reputable retailers, consignment stores as well as established and credible resellers.
We verify everything before the product goes out to you. This includes but is not limited to:
- Verified source
- Stitching, Glue and Tags
- Boxes and Wrapping
- Logos and Prints
Once and only once these two phases have been completed by our trained team are we then shipping your items.

All online/credit orders are shipped through Australia Post. We aim to have your items processed and shipped within 24 hours unless stated otherwise. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking details.
PIECES takes no responsibility for any loss or damage associated with your items during transit. Insurance on parcels is available to be purchased via the shipping checkout. If you do not purchase parcel insurance, you will not be able to recuperate any lost funds in the event of a damaged or lost parcel.
All credit orders through PIECES will be shipped through Australia Post. Please note that due to COVID-19 Australia Post is currently experiencing some delays due to a high volume of parcels within it’s network.
- Standard Domestic Shipping is 3 - 6 business days (except WA which could take up to 7 business days).
- Express Domestic Shipping 1-2 business days (except WA which could take up to 3 business days).
We do ship worldwide - shipping costs and further detail will be generated upon checkout.
Please note that international shipping times and costs will vary depending on customs laws and distance from Australia.
Duties & Taxes
International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties, which are applied by your local government and customs office, on imported goods. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed rest with the customer.
Should the customer refuse to pay duties and taxes held on an order applied by customs the responsibility lies with the customer to arrange for the order to be returned to Incu in order to receive a refund.

All sales are final at PIECES, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We are unable to offer return or exchange on wrong sizing selection.
We acknowledge that there are circumstances in which a full refund would be needed. Returns will only be accepted in the event of faulty goods, not as described or inauthentic. In an event of a refund PIECES will refund the full amount plus additional shipping credit.
PIECES reserves the right to provide refunds where deemed appropriate - this will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
